There are two options to work with me:
OPTION 1: Private 1:1 Coaching.
This program is 3 months long and includes 12 private coaching session with me. Each session will be held via Zoom video conferencing or the phone, this is based on your preference.
The 1:1 coaching option includes a Blissfully Calm Box filled with items to inspire you to slow down, focus on self-care and set time aside for personal development and reconnecting with yourself.
You will also get lifetime access to the Blissfully Calm Academy digital course including any updates made to the content in the future.
OPTION 2: Blissfully Calm Academy digital course & group coaching program
COURSE LENGTH: 4 weeks

COURSE TEACHER: Brooks Hall
COURSE FORMAT: private Facebook group for each course taker to interact in and connect with other women who are doing this deep work as well. The lessons are pre- recorded videos that will be uploaded individually to the Facebook group as units. You’ll be able to complete each unit and track your progress through the content. You’ll be able to ask questions under each video and Brooks will be active in the group to answer questions as well.
