14: Mindset Shifts

It’s my birthday week and it’s also the year where I have had the most personal growth.

In today’s episode I’m sharing some mindset shifts that you can start to implement into your own life when it comes to anxiety.

In my opinion anxiety comes in two forms. We have situational and self-imposed.

Situational is when you would be stressed out at work or maybe when a big move is about to happen.

Self-imposed is more of when your mind starts running and you think of worst-case scenarios and really have no control over your mind.
