Today we are forgiving those who have hurt us in the past. Forgiving isn’t always the easiest thing to do, especially if the other person has not apologized or expressed regret for the way they treated you.

Not only do you need to forgive others but you also need to forgive yourself. Women with anxiety hold onto a lot of guilt. I often hear from women that they feel like they are a bad mom and partner because of their anxiety. These negative thoughts add fuel to their anxiety and only make things worse.
In today’s video, I’ll be sharing a journaling exercise you can do to forgive yourself and others and release the negative emotion behind these stories.
