Welcome to day 2 of the challenge! Yesterday we focused on cleansing our social media and getting rid of negativity so that we can make room for positivity and inspiration.
Today we are focusing on cultivating more gratitude. As you’ll see when you watch the video below, being more grateful was a game changer for me. I use to wake up and immediately think about how much I hated my life. As a result, I fell into a depression and then started to experience anxiety and panic attacks.
Once I shifted my mindset from focusing on what was wrong with my life to focusing on the good stuff, I started to feel happier and my energy levels increased. With this new found energy, I started to come up with a plan to change my life.
Today, I am living my dream life and I no longer wake up dreading the day ahead. I know this is possible for you too.
