I was once in your shoes and thought that my life would never get better.  I was negative, exhausted and depleted.  One day, I got so desperate that I walked down to the local Barnes & Noble store and purchased the Tony Robbins book “Awaken the Giant Within.”

This book was the catalyst I needed to change my life.  Today, I wake up and I love the life I created.  I am no longer haunted by negative thoughts, exhaustion or feeling like a zombie who is going through the motions and not really enjoying life.

My entire life has changed dramatically and I inspire other women to shift as well through the Blissfully Calm Podcast, the Blissfully Calm Collective (membership site) and the Blissfully Calm Box.
